RE: Wilsonart Laminate

The DFA Legal Committee in cooperation with Denny’s Inc, recently settled litigation

with Wilsonart International, a provider of laminate to the Denny’s Brand.

The settlement calls for a 15% discount off the current national pricing to our Brand.

This 15% discount is effective as of December 19, 2007 and will continue each calendar

 year through 2011 based the published national pricing.

Please make sure you coordinate with an approved Denny’s contractor or Tim Robinson

at the corporate office for any laminate work so you receive the discount. Any purchases

between December 19, 2007 and now are eligible for a refund by contacting Wilsonart

(2400 Wilson Place, Temple, TX 76503, Att: Rolando Perez).

The DFA Legal Committee appreciates the cooperation of Denny’s Inc., and Wilsonart
