The above items are hosted and sponsored by our golf tournament sponsor.  There is a nominal discounted golf registration fee of $100 per player and you will receive more information when you register for the tournament.  You may also reserve rental clubs (at your expense) on your registration form.  Cancellations and changes to be received in writing via e-mail or fax to the DFA office no later than October 1st.  After October 5, no refunds will be issued of the tournament.
