Patron Support Benefits

Did you know that supplier participation, investment, patronage and sponsorship funding underwrite the registration fees for all the franchise operators? The DFA Convention and Trade Show is one of the only events where the franchisee themselves pay no registration fee for the convention.  We  want all qualified franchisee operators to come without the burden of an extra registration
fee of several hundred dollars.  They do provide their own travel and hotel expense.

The success of the DFA Golf Tournament relies upon the generosity of our Allied Partners. Through this unique Patron Supporter offerings, you can choose a level of involvement that will meet your business needs and generate goodwill within the DFA franchisee community. Your support underwrites the costs associated with this golf outing so there is no funding needed from the DFA.  You make the difference.

If you are a past participant you know the benefits, so we'll just roll the dice and cut to the chase. The DFA Annual Golf Tournament has grown each year in the course challenge and the attendance.  We would like your support in order to continue on this path.

Golf Shirt

This is something they’ll wear for at least a year and possibly longer. Tournament Golf Balls

As each participant in this DFA Golf Tournament bends down and places their ball on the tee to take a whack at this challenging course, what a terrific opportunity to have your brand logo placed on the ball. Golf Breakfast

As the group meanders off the driving range and wanders over to the breakfast tables for a quick bite to eat before preparing for a terrific day on the course with friends, and peers, what better time to demonstrate your support of the DFA then by Supporting the Golfers Breakfast? Tournament Beverage Cart

Since we do not anticipate inclement weather, many of our golfers will be requesting the Beverage Cart service to replenish their drink of choice as the event heats up and thirsts increase. What better time to take full advantage of this captive audience by publicly exhibiting your brands Patron support for the DFA family? As Patron Supporter, the Beverage Cart will be flagged with high-profile signage of your brand as it makes the rounds from one hole to the next,  and you’ll also receive key mentioning in the Convention program that goes into each and every Welcome Bag and recognition in the Golf Rules hand out at the start of the event.

60-Foot Putting Contest

No tournament is complete without the most exciting 60 feet in golf - a 60-Foot Putt for Dough! If we have a winner, we pay the prize! $10,000 Putting Contest Supporter Package includes prize coverage for one putt worth $10,000 if they sink the 60-Foot Putt, custom 18" x 24" full color digital Supporter sign.

You can promote this event by selling raffle tickets or auctioning off the “ONE” shot the night before the event at the reception, or you can select the lucky participant from the winner of our closest-to-the-pin, longest drive contest or you can just decide to award the putt to a single member of the winning foursome…In either case, you decide.  Aside from the obvious recognition from the players in attendance, you’ll also receive key mentioning in the Convention program that goes into each and every Welcome Bag and recognition in the Golf Rules hand out at the start of the event.

Closest to the Pin Contest

As Supporter, you’ll be offering the Men's and Women's Closest to the Pin winners a 4 Day/3 Night vacation for 2 to destinations including Orlando, Vegas and Hawaii. Airfare is not included but our winners can select from over 25 resorts. This Support includes 2 4-color signs with your name on it. Aside from the obvious recognition from the players in attendance, you’ll also receive key mentioning in the Convention program that goes into each and every Welcome Bag and recognition in the Golf Rules hand out at the start of the event.

Longest Drive Contest

A great Long Drive Contest including a 4-color digital sign customized with your name. The winner will receive 2 tickets in their area for one of the following: NFL, NBA, NASCAR, MLB, NHL or a PGA Event. Aside from the obvious recognition from the players in attendance, you’ll also receive key mentioning in the Convention program that goes into each and every Welcome Bag and recognition in the Golf Rules hand out at the start of the event.

Hole-In-One Contest

This hole-in-one prize package includes coverage on 4 Par, 3 holes complete with 4-color digital signs with your name as Supporter. The prizes include $15,000 CASH or a Two-Year Ford Mustang Lease, a Couples Golf Lesson and Spa Day in Sonoma, CA, a Treetops Golf Package for 2 and 2 Luxurious Nights in the Napa Valley. This Hole-In-One contest Support would be a great item to promote in your pre-convention marketing materials sent to DFA attendees prior to the event to generate attention to your brand. Since more than one player can win, the event goes on all day regardless of one golfer making a Hole-In-One.

This is a major Support opportunity for you. Generally the DFA approaches auto dealers, boat dealers or motorcycle dealers to Support this event and ask them to bring the actual prize to the tournament for added drama and excitement. The cost of the Support will cover the cost of insurance for the Hole-In-One prizes while additional Support funds go toward supporting the DFA program. This Hole-in-One event will create a great player experience and goodwill toward your brand. The cost to Support the event is very affordable, and gives our DFA players a chance to win a car, cruise or other exciting prizes.
