Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to secure your sleeping room.
Each reservation
will require a non-refundable one-night prepayment
by credit card upon registration and can cancel
the reservation up to thirty (30) days prior to
arrival to receive a credit back for the
deposit. Any cancellations between 29 - 1 day's
prior to arrival will result in a full 100%
payment of all reserved nights.
Cancellations & changes to be received in writing via e-mail or fax to DFA office no later than October 4th.
Please note that there is an additional charge of
$1,000 if exhibitor attendees do not stay at the
convention site. |
